Motherboard manages that all the components are connected together and working properly.
When buying one, chosing the “right” one is not very important because they all work in the similar way. But if we are assembeling computer ourself, than this component becomes very important because on it grows the whole system. All motherboards are similar and if we dont plan any upgrades the price of the motherboard is not very important.
